Troops of the Nigerian Army have arrested a suspected terrorist informant and logistics supplier during a routine patrol in Arewa Local Government Area of Kebbi State.
The suspect was apprehended in Kangiwa while soldiers from the 8 Division were conducting a patrol along the Falde–Gedere road. Security sources said preliminary investigations suggest the suspect allegedly provided information and logistical support to terrorist groups operating within the area.
