Former Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart has praised David Raya, Kai Havertz and Noni Madueke for stepping up as Arsenal clinched the Premier League title on Tuesday.
Speaking on BBC’s Match of the Day, Hart said the trio silenced their critics with standout performances during Arsenal’s title-winning campaign. He described their contributions as a huge statement, noting that the Gunners are not only Premier League champions but also Champions League finalists this season.
“I think that Raya is a brilliant signing. There is always something,” Hart said. “You look at the Kai Havertz goal the other night and how important he’s been, bringing him over from Chelsea. And Madueke, bringing him over from Chelsea.”

Hart added that all three players arrived at Arsenal with doubts hanging over their moves, but responded by delivering when it mattered most.
“Just literally question mark after question mark and every single one of them stepped up, particularly in this season,” he stated.
Arsenal sealed the Premier League title following Manchester City’s draw at Bournemouth, ending a 22-year wait to be crowned champions of England again.
