Former Chelsea and Leicester City boss Enzo Maresca has signed a three-year contract to become Manchester City’s new manager, replacing Pep Guardiola.
Guardiola took charge of his final game for City on Sunday, a 2-1 Premier League defeat to Aston Villa. The club has now moved quickly to confirm Maresca as his successor.
Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano announced the deal on X, stating that Maresca has signed an agreement running until June 2029.
