
Social media commentator and blogger, Chidiebere Justice Mark, popularly known as “Justice Crack,” has regained his freedom after successfully meeting the bail conditions set by the Federal High Court in Abuja.
He was released on Thursday, May 21, 2026, following the completion of all requirements attached to his bail application after spending days in detention over allegations linked to cybercrime and conduct considered capable of causing public disorder.
The case originated from a viral video in which concerns were raised about the welfare of military personnel.

The Federal High Court had earlier granted him bail under strict conditions, which included:
Provision of a high-ranking civil servant as surety
Submission of proof of verified residence within the court’s jurisdiction
Compliance with other standard court bail procedures as directed by the judge.
His release was confirmed after all bail requirements were satisfied, bringing a temporary end to his detention.
However, the legal proceedings are expected to continue as the matter remains before the court.
