
The Adamawa State Police Command has arrested three young men in connection with the alleged killing of a 50-year-old man, Ibrahim Muhammad, in Kadarbu village, Fufore Local Government Area.
The incident reportedly happened around 9pm on Saturday, September 12, after the village head, known as the Mai Unguwar Kadarbu, alerted the police that Muhammad had been attacked and beaten at his residence.
Following the report, police officers commenced an investigation which led to the arrest of three suspects identified as Ibrahim Ahmadu, 30; Buba Bala, 22; and Yahaya Bala, 20.

The police said the suspects allegedly admitted to participating in the attack during questioning.
According to the suspects, two other individuals were also involved in the alleged assault but are currently at large.
The case has since been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department in Yola for further investigation as the police work to establish the circumstances surrounding the man’s death and apprehend the remaining suspects.
