Suspected political thugs allegedly linked to the All Progressives Congress (APC) have attacked supporters of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Kaduna State, damaging several vehicles belonging to members of the opposition party.
The incident reportedly occurred when the suspected attackers arrived at the location in a vehicle armed with cutlasses and began vandalising cars parked there.
Several vehicles were reportedly left with shattered windscreens and side windows following the attack.
A video from the scene showed extensive damage to the affected cars, with glass from the front and side windows scattered around some of the vehicles.

One of the ADC supporters whose vehicle was vandalised said he arrived at the location and found the attackers destroying his car.
He alleged that the attackers were armed with cutlasses and specifically targeted vehicles belonging to ADC supporters.
Despite the incident, the affected supporter said the attack would not make him abandon the ADC or change his political position.
He also said he would continue to use lawful and democratic means to oppose political candidates he disagrees with ahead of the 2027 general elections.
