
Nigerian military troops, in collaboration with members of the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF), have reportedly overrun an ISWAP terrorist camp in the Damboa area of Borno State.
A video showing the troops and CJTF operatives at the location has surfaced following the reported operation.
According to reports, several insurgents fled the camp, abandoning weapons, equipment and other materials as the security forces took control of the area.

The operation is part of ongoing efforts by the Nigerian military and local security groups to dismantle terrorist strongholds, disrupt insurgent activities and improve security across communities affected by Boko Haram and ISWAP attacks in Borno State.
