Four people have been killed, including a 55-year-old man who was reportedly beheaded, in a series of attacks on communities in Mangu Local Government Area of Plateau State.
The attacks, which occurred over three days, also left another man seriously injured, according to the Mwaghavul Youth Movement.
The latest incident occurred in Kinat on the night of September 12, where 29-year-old Katbam Titus was reportedly killed by armed attackers.
The group said the killing came shortly after a security engagement in Mangu involving the General Officer Commanding, 3 Division, Nigerian Army, and representatives of Mwaghavul and Fulani communities.
It said the Kinat attack was one of four incidents recorded in different communities.
In Kikyau, 55-year-old Geoffrey Gumut was reportedly beheaded on September 11, with his head yet to be recovered.

Another man, 45-year-old Danjuma Kyesle, was reportedly attacked with a machete in Larkas and remains hospitalised. The group expressed concern that security personnel were allegedly present in the community when the attack occurred.
In Ntul, 50-year-old Pius Dachen and 25-year-old Zadok Irmiya were also reportedly killed.
The Mwaghavul Youth Movement called on security agencies to thoroughly investigate the incidents, identify those responsible and prosecute them according to the law.
It also urged authorities to investigate allegations of negligence or failure of duty surrounding the Larkas incident.
The group appealed to the Federal and Plateau State governments to strengthen security around vulnerable communities and take decisive action against armed groups.
The Nigerian Army 3 Division and Plateau State Police Command had not responded to requests for comments as of the time of publication.
