
Eleven suspected drug peddlers have been arrested during a joint operation by troops of the Forward Operating Base (FOB) Potiskum and operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) in Fika Local Government Area of Yobe State.
The suspects were apprehended on Monday during a raid across Ganda, Wudil and Degubi Bare Bari communities.
Security analyst Zagazola Makama disclosed the development on Wednesday, stating that the operation was conducted at about 2 p.m.

The security team reportedly recovered suspected illicit substances, including cannabis, Tramadol capsules, Diazepam and Exol tablets.
The suspects and the recovered substances have since been handed over to the NDLEA office in Potiskum for further investigation and possible prosecution.
