
A man identified as Biola has reportedly been killed in a suspected cult attack in the Ajah area of Lagos State.
According to a police source, the incident occurred on Sunday in the DKK area of the community. The victim was reportedly found by the roadside with gunshot wounds and machete injuries, while his left hand had been severed.
His remains were subsequently evacuated and deposited at a morgue.
A video reportedly captured Biola interacting with unidentified men shortly before the attack. Reports circulating online alleged that he identified himself as a member of the Eiye confraternity before he was attacked by suspected rival cultists.

The attackers were said to have fled after being confronted by people in the area.
The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Adebisi, reportedly said she was not yet aware of the incident but promised to provide further information.
The development comes shortly after another suspected cult-related killing was reported in the Ibeju-Lekki area of Lagos, raising fresh concerns over cult violence in parts of the state.
Police investigations are expected to establish the circumstances surrounding Biola’s death and identify those responsible.
