The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Kano State has dismissed five of its volunteer personnel following allegations of unethical behaviour, unprofessional conduct, and gross indiscipline.
The affected individuals were removed from service after an internal review found their actions to be in violation of the Corps’ ethics, values, and operational guidelines.
The decision was approved by the State Command leadership after due consideration of the disciplinary findings.
According to a statement issued by the Command’s Public Relations Unit, all official items issued to the dismissed personnel, including uniforms, identification materials, and other accoutrements, have been retrieved to prevent further misuse.
