The Nationwide League One, NLO, has summoned MC Steve FC and Beautiful Tours FC for questioning following an unusual 10-3 scoreline in their league match on Thursday.
The game, played at the Area 3 Stadium in Abuja, ended with MC Steve FC securing a 10-3 victory over Beautiful Tours FC. The result has raised concerns over the integrity of the fixture.

In a statement, the NLO requested both clubs to present a case explaining why the outcome should not be considered compromised. The clubs were also asked to provide supporting documents to back their claims.
The league body has scheduled Monday, May 18, 2026, for a thorough review before deciding on any further action. It urged all participating teams to uphold the integrity of the league.
