
A 16-year-old boy, Abbas Musa, has been arrested by the Gombe State Police Command following the death of another teenager after an alleged stone attack in Nafada Local Government Area of the state.
The incident reportedly occurred at about 5:30 p.m. in Gudukku District when Abbas and 16-year-old Salisu Abdullahi were said to have engaged in a disagreement.
According to security analyst Zagazola Makama, the disagreement allegedly escalated when Abbas struck Salisu on the head with a stone, leaving him seriously injured.

Following the incident, police detectives visited the scene and took the injured teenager to Gudukku Primary Health Care Centre for medical attention.
However, Salisu was later pronounced dead by a medical practitioner.
The police subsequently arrested Abbas, who is currently assisting investigators with the ongoing inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the teenager’s death.
Authorities are expected to establish what led to the altercation and determine the appropriate legal action, taking into consideration the ages of both teenagers.
The incident has sparked concern in the community, as investigations continue into the circumstances that led to the fatal confrontation.
