A fire outbreak on Saturday night gutted the headquarters of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) in Abuja, sparking concern among residents and authorities.
The incident reportedly began on the fourth floor of the building, which is situated directly opposite the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) headquarters. Eyewitness accounts indicate that the flames quickly spread across the upper section of the structure, making containment efforts more challenging.
