
European football heavyweights Arsenal, Real Madrid, and Manchester United are among the 19 clubs that have officially secured qualification for the 2026/27 UEFA Champions League league phase.
The list, released in UEFA’s updated access rankings on Tuesday, confirms the first batch of teams that will compete in Europe’s elite club competition next season as domestic leagues approach their conclusion.

Manchester United sealed their return to the Champions League after recording a crucial 3-2 victory over Liverpool at Old Trafford earlier this month, a result that guaranteed them a top-five finish in the Premier League.
Joining United from England are Arsenal and Manchester City, while Liverpool and Aston Villa remain favourites to secure the remaining qualification spots.
In Spain, Barcelona confirmed their status as La Liga champions following a 2-0 victory over Real Madrid, with both clubs already through to the Champions League alongside Atletico Madrid and Villarreal.
Germany will be represented by Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, and RB Leipzig after another dominant Bundesliga campaign.
Italian champions Inter Milan have also booked their place, while Paris Saint-Germain and Lens are among the French clubs already confirmed.
Other teams that have qualified include FC Porto, Feyenoord, PSV Eindhoven, Galatasaray, Shakhtar Donetsk, and Slavia Prague.
UEFA is expected to confirm the remaining participants after domestic leagues and playoff competitions conclude later this month.
