
Police Recover Human Heart, Skull Fragments as 10 Suspected Human Parts Dealers Are Arrested in Oyo
The Oyo State Police Command has arrested 10 individuals suspected of being involved in the illegal trade of human body parts in different parts of the state.
According to a statement released on Saturday by the command’s Public Relations Officer, Olayinka Ayanlade, the suspects were apprehended during operations carried out in the Iseyin and Saki areas of Oyo State.
Items recovered from the suspects included a suspected human heart, pieces of human flesh, fragments of a human skull, and several charms believed to be connected to the alleged criminal activities.

The police disclosed that all recovered exhibits have been secured and forwarded for forensic examination as investigations continue.
The suspects were identified as Adam Ibrahim, Nasiru Kabiru, Tijani Wasiu, Abiola Nasiru, Amusa Gbadamosi, Raheem Taofeek, Jimoh Muritala, Suleiman Busari, Ganiyu Nurudeen, and Usman Abdullahi.
