A pregnant woman has given birth to a baby boy inside a commercial bus, popularly known as Danfo, while travelling in Lagos State.
The incident reportedly occurred when the woman suddenly went into labour during the journey, leaving other passengers surprised.
The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) disclosed that passengers and other people around quickly came together to assist her during the delivery.
While some people helped with the birth, others reportedly offered prayers for the safe arrival of the baby.

The woman successfully delivered a baby boy, while medical responders and other commuters provided assistance to ensure the safety of both mother and child.
A video of the incident, which has circulated on social media, captured moments surrounding the delivery. Some witnesses suggested that the newborn should be named Abiona, a Yoruba name commonly associated with a child born during a journey.
The development comes after another pregnant woman reportedly delivered a baby boy at Onipanu Bus Stop along Ikorodu Road in Lagos.
Speaking about the earlier incident, LASEMA Permanent Secretary, Dr Femi Oke-Osanyintolu, said emergency responders arrived promptly after receiving information that a pregnant woman had gone into labour while waiting for transportation.
He explained that the woman delivered a healthy baby boy and that paramedics stabilised both mother and child before taking them to a nearby healthcare facility for further medical attention.
