A woman and her children have been rescued after they were found wandering along the Gbongan-Ibadan Road in Osun State.
The family was reportedly found by operatives of the Osun State Amotekun Corps during a patrol on Thursday night.
The Public Relations Officer of the corps, CSA Yusuf Idowu Abass, said the woman and her children were taken to the Amotekun office in Osogbo for their safety.
According to him, the woman could not provide clear information about her identity, family or where she was coming from.

Abass also said the woman was unable to feed the baby she had with her, leading the officers to keep the family in a safe place.
The Amotekun Corps has appealed to members of the public who may recognise the woman or have information about her relatives to contact its office in Osogbo.
The corps also urged people to share the information to help reunite the woman and her children with their family.
