Olakunle Churchill has denied claims that he is undergoing a divorce with his wife, Rosy Meurer, insisting that there was never a legally recognized marriage between them.
His reaction follows widespread reports alleging that Meurer had filed for divorce amid a fresh marital crisis, reportedly linked to Churchill’s reconciliation with his ex-wife, Tonto Dikeh.
Addressing the situation in a series of posts shared on his Instagram page on Wednesday, Churchill dismissed the divorce reports as false and baseless.

According to him, their union did not meet the legal requirements to qualify as a marriage.
He explained that what took place between him and Meurer was merely an introduction ceremony, not a formal wedding.
“There was no legally recognized marriage. There was no church wedding and no court wedding,” he stated.
Churchill also questioned the authenticity of the alleged divorce documents circulating online, stressing that he was never officially served any legal notice.
“Any legitimate legal process requires that all parties be formally served and given the opportunity to respond. I was never served,” he said, raising concerns about how the documents were obtained.
He further criticized those advising Meurer, alleging that she may have been misled by inexperienced individuals and unprofessional legal practitioners.
The controversy comes amid renewed public attention on Churchill’s relationship history, particularly his recent reconciliation with Tonto Dikeh, which has continued to spark reactions online.
As of the time of filing this report, Rosy Meurer has yet to publicly respond to Churchill’s latest claims.
