Dooshima was reportedly invited for questioning following allegations of cyberstalking, fraud, and mischief linked to the widely circulated video.
She honoured the police invitation at about 12 p.m. on Monday at the Zone 7 Police Headquarters in Abuja but was subsequently held in custody for several hours.
Her detention sparked concern among supporters and rights advocates, especially after reports emerged about her health condition. It was gathered that she is hypertensive and required medication while in custody.
