Delta State Commissioner of Police, CP Yemi Oyeniyi, condemned the act and assured the victim’s family that justice would be served.
The incident sparked outrage after a viral video showed the handcuffed suspect pleading for his life before being shot at close range, triggering widespread calls for accountability and police reform.
