The commentary came amid renewed public discussion around Media Personality, Frank Edoho and his ex-wife, who recently shared details of their past marital struggles. While many women online rallied in support of her, the creator urged a pause to consider the long-term fallout of retaliating in kind.
At the center of her message is the idea of “paying a man back in his own coin.” She argued that while reacting to a partner’s betrayal by mirroring the behavior may feel empowering in the moment, women pay a heavier social and emotional price.

Society often excuses promiscuity and misconduct in men, she said, while judging women far more harshly for the same actions. When the dust settles, men can usually rebuild their reputation and move on with new partners, but women frequently face harsher stigma and regret.
The address was framed not as a defense of male wrongdoing, but as a protective warning. Walking away from toxic situations is valid, she said, but compromising one’s values to hurt a man is a losing battle.
