American rapper Nicki Minaj has opened up on why she stopped attending church after her career took off.
Speaking on a recent episode of The Bryce Crawford Podcast, Minaj said she quit going to church not because of a change in belief, but due to her demanding work schedule.
She explained that frequent Friday and Saturday night performances left her too exhausted to attend Sunday services.

“Once my career started taking off, I stopped going to church. I was working on Friday nights and Saturday nights, so the last thing I could do was wake up on Sunday mornings to go to church,” she said.
The rapper clarified that stepping away from church has not affected her relationship with God. She admitted that maintaining consistency in her faith has been a struggle, but said she continues to work on it.
Minaj added that her faith has grown stronger over time as she continues to develop spiritually.
