In the video, she introduced herself by her full name, Okoro Blessing Nkiruka, and began by expressing regret over the situation, saying she was sorry to her fans, loved ones, supporters, and Nigerians at large.
She admitted that the controversy had caused unnecessary drama, embarrassment, and misunderstanding.
She explained that her intention was never to mislead anyone, stressing that the public reaction to her health journey had been overwhelming.
According to her, she feels the need to clear the air and take responsibility for the confusion the situation has created, even though she insists her health condition is real.

Blessing CEO referenced her past openness with her personal procedures, including cosmetic surgery experiences, saying she has always shared parts of her life with the public.

She also addressed the allegations that she falsely claimed to be suffering from cancer, firmly stating that she did not lie. She maintained that she will be making her medical records public, including scan results and biopsy documents, to support her claims and allow people to understand her situation better.
On the issue of financial contributions, she acknowledged that some members of the public may feel deceived or confused. She said anyone who donated money and now wants a refund should reach out through her official WhatsApp or direct messages, provide proof of payment, and they will be refunded.
She ended her message by thanking those who have shown her love and support, asking for patience as she continues her health journey, and assuring the public that she will carry them along with verified updates going forward.
