
Panic gripped traders and residents as a fresh fire outbreak tore through parts of Tejuosho Market in Yaba, Lagos, destroying goods worth millions of naira.
The incident comes barely one month after a similar fire disaster affected a nearby commercial building, raising renewed concerns over safety in the area.
The blaze reportedly started within sections of the Tejuosho Modern Plaza, a busy hub for textile and retail businesses.
Eyewitnesses described scenes of chaos as thick smoke filled the air and traders rushed to salvage their goods while the fire spread rapidly across shops. Videos circulating online captured distressed voices and frantic efforts to contain the damage.

Although no fatalities have been confirmed, a few individuals reportedly sustained injuries during the evacuation process.
