Former England midfielder Paul Merson said the Premier League title is Arsenal’s to lose after their 3-0 win over Fulham on Saturday.
Viktor Gyokeres scored twice and Bukayo Saka added a third as Mikel Arteta’s side took control in the first half at Craven Cottage.
The result put Arsenal six points clear at the top of the table. Manchester City have two games in hand.

Speaking on Sky Sports, Merson said: “Looking at Arsenal today, you would expect them to comfortably see off West Ham at the London Stadium next week. They might be out of sight when they welcome an already relegated Burnley side to the Emirates a week later too. I’m sorry to say but it’s Arsenal’s title to lose at the moment.”
Arsenal’s next league fixtures are away to West Ham and at home to Burnley.
