Nigerian singer Emoseh Khamofu, known as Bloody Civilian, says she has no intention of getting married, despite pressure from her family.
Speaking on the latest episode of the Not Just On podcast, the 26-year-old Taraba-born artiste said her career has reshaped her views on many of the traditional expectations she grew up with in the North.
“One thing my family still does not understand about being an artiste is that certain conventional things they expect of a woman from the North are just simply not things I am excited to do,” she said.
