The Anambra State Police Command has arrested a 36-year-old content creator, Anulika Onyeanusia, over allegations of sexually abusing children.
The arrest followed the circulation of videos on social media that allegedly showed a woman engaging a minor in sexually explicit activities.
The videos generated widespread reactions online, with concerned users calling for the immediate arrest and investigation of the woman.
Confirming the development, the Police Public Relations Officer of the Anambra State Command, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, said the suspect was arrested during an operation in Onitsha.
He disclosed that four children, aged two, three, six and nine, were rescued from the suspect. Police also recovered several sex toys and other items considered relevant to the investigation.

The command said the suspect remains in custody as detectives investigate the circumstances surrounding the alleged offence and determine whether other people may have been involved.
The suspect’s husband is also being questioned by the police to establish whether he had any connection with the alleged offence. The police said investigations are ongoing.
