A farmer identified as Mansir has been killed by suspected bandits while working on his farmland in Isa Local Government Area of Sokoto State.
The incident was revealed by security analyst Bakatsine in a post shared on X. According to him, the attackers stormed the farm and killed the victim during the attack.

Bakatsine expressed concern over the worsening security situation in rural communities, noting that many farmers now face constant threats while trying to cultivate their land.
He warned that the continued attacks on farmers could have serious consequences for food production, asking how the nation would be fed if people could no longer safely work on their farms.
The latest killing has added to growing concerns over persistent bandit attacks across parts of Sokoto State, where residents continue to face insecurity despite ongoing security operations.
