
Nigeria’s Flamingos have arrived in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, ahead of their important 2026 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup qualifying clash against Guinea.
The team departed Lagos aboard Asky Airlines and made a brief stop in Lomé, Togo, before landing safely at the Félix Houphouët-Boigny International Airport in Abidjan.
The players and officials are currently staying at Seen Hotel as they continue preparations for the first-leg encounter scheduled for Saturday. Guinea will host the match in Abidjan after adopting the city as their temporary home ground.

The reverse fixture is expected to take place next Saturday at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne, Ogun State.
