Antonio Conte is reportedly preparing to leave SSC Napoli at the end of the season, bringing an end to his spell with the Serie A champions.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Conte informed Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis about his decision nearly a month ago.
Reports indicate the Italian tactician will depart without any compensation package or agreement with another club already in place.
Conte’s tenure at Napoli attracted major attention due to his intense coaching style and ability to quickly transform teams into title contenders.
