
Senegal has been confirmed as the host nation for the 2026 Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations, with the Confederation of African Football announcing the decision after its executive committee meeting on Monday.
The tournament is expected to bring together some of Africa’s top beach soccer nations as they battle for continental glory and qualification spots for the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup.
Senegal, widely regarded as one of Africa’s strongest beach soccer teams, will host the competition for the first time in recent years. The West African nation has consistently dominated the sport on the continent and has represented Africa at several FIFA Beach Soccer World Cups.
