
Portuguese football manager José Mourinho is reportedly set to return to Real Madrid after agreeing to a two-year deal with the Spanish side.
Reports on Monday revealed that both parties had reached a verbal agreement, with only the signing of official documents remaining before the announcement is made public.
Renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano disclosed that Mourinho is expected to travel to Madrid after Real Madrid’s final La Liga match against Athletic Bilbao to complete the remaining formalities.
According to Romano, “All terms have been verbally agreed between José Mourinho and Real Madrid, waiting to sign all documents. Plan for initial two-year deal. JM to travel to Madrid after Real-Bilbao game. The Special One is back.”

The development would see Mourinho return to the Santiago Bernabéu for a second spell, more than a decade after managing the club between 2010 and 2013.
During his first stint, Mourinho helped Real Madrid win the La Liga title, Copa del Rey, and Spanish Super Cup, while also building one of the club’s most competitive squads of the era.
