Popular Nigerian skit maker and comedian, Samuel Perry, widely known as Broda Shaggy, has reportedly been hospitalised after sustaining a gunshot injury during a filming session.
The incident allegedly occurred beneath the bridge in Sango-Ota while the content creator was shooting a comedy skit with members of his production team.
Details surrounding the shooting remain unclear as authorities continue to piece together what happened at the location.
Sources revealed that after the incident, crew members quickly rushed the entertainer to a hospital in the Alakuko area, where he received immediate medical attention.

Medical personnel reportedly treated the injury before he was later referred to another hospital in Ikeja for further care.
Police sources confirmed that the hospital alerted officers about a gunshot victim brought into the facility. When officers arrived, they discovered the victim was the well-known social media influencer and skit maker.
Authorities noted that the alleged shooting took place in Ogun State, while the hospital that treated him is located in Lagos, and investigations are ongoing to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the incident.
Attempts to reach the comedian’s management team for comments were unsuccessful as of the time of filing this report.
