
Paris Saint-Germain have received a significant boost ahead of their UEFA Champions League final clash against Arsenal later this month.
The French champions confirmed on Tuesday that key defender Achraf Hakimi has returned to training after recovering from the thigh injury he sustained during PSG’s semi-final tie against Bayern Munich.
PSG booked their place in the Champions League final after defeating Bayern Munich in the last four and will now face Arsenal on May 30 in Budapest.

In addition to Hakimi’s return, the Ligue 1 giants also revealed that Lucas Chevalier and Quentin Ndjantou have resumed individual outdoor training sessions.
A statement released by PSG read: “Achraf Hakimi, Lucas Chevalier and Quentin Ndjantou are training individually outdoors.”
The latest development will come as welcome news for manager Luis Enrique as PSG continue preparations for the highly anticipated final against Arsenal, who are also battling injury concerns ahead of the encounter.
