Former Chelsea winger Florent Malouda believes Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen would thrive more at Chelsea or Liverpool than at Manchester United if he makes a move to the Premier League.
Speaking to Snabbare via Football London, Malouda said Osimhen’s mindset and passion for the game make him a natural fit for English football. He noted that the Nigerian forward has already proven himself in Italy, France, and Turkey, and the next logical step is the Premier League and Champions League with a team capable of winning trophies.
“When you look at Osimhen’s mindset and passion for the game, I think he belongs in the Premier League,” Malouda said. “He has done great in Italy, France, and now Turkey. His next step is the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League, where he can play in a team that can win it.”

The former Chelsea star added that both his former club and Liverpool would suit Osimhen better than United. “I’d say Chelsea, and maybe Liverpool, are the clubs that suit Osimhen way better than Manchester United,” he stated.
Osimhen is currently on loan at Galatasaray from Napoli and has continued to attract interest from top European clubs. Malouda expects the Premier League to be the striker’s next destination when his time in Turkey ends.
