Nigerians have renewed calls for reconciliation between Afrobeats stars Davido and Wizkid after a video of Davido singing and dancing to Wizkid’s hit song Ojuelegba went viral on social media.
The video was recorded over the weekend at the wedding of singer Zlatan in Lagos State, where Davido was seen vibing to the popular track.
The moment sparked reactions from fans, many of whom urged both musicians to put their long-standing rivalry behind them and work towards resolving their differences.
The feud between the two superstars has lasted for more than a decade, fuelled by online exchanges, music supremacy debates and rivalry between their fanbases, Wizkid FC and Davido’s 30 Billion Gang (30BG).

Some fans also noted that both artistes have a lot to offer the music industry and should give listeners the opportunity to enjoy their music together.
Although neither singer has publicly announced a reconciliation following the viral moment, Davido’s reaction to Ojuelegba has reignited conversations about the possibility of peace between two of Afrobeats’ biggest stars.
