Regina Daniels, the renowned Nigerian actress, has expressed her reaction to the release of her elder brother, Sammy, from prison.
Sammy was granted bail of five million naira on Monday, November 10, 2025, and released after meeting all bail conditions.
Reacting on her Instagram story through videos and posts, Regina declared that no one will dare lay hands on her again.
Sharing a video call with Sammy, the actress expressed her emotions: “People love me ooo, I can’t believe it, and it makes me emotional. I love you so much, my brother.
Nobody will dare touch me again. The love I’ve received during this time makes me feel so good. Ned thought people would hate me. Honestly, for many reasons, I feel happy and content.”
Sammy was granted bail following widespread public outcry online under the hashtag #FreeSammy, after concerns arose over the circumstances of his remand.
He had been arrested and charged to an Abuja court by Senator Ned Nwoko, his younger sister’s husband, after calling him out on social media during his messy breakup with Regina Daniels.
Ned faced allegations of domestic abuse, which he denied, instead accusing Regina of drug abuse.
