
Troops of Sector 6, Operation Enduring Peace, working with local residents, have arrested two men suspected of involvement in armed robbery and kidnapping activities in Plateau State.
The suspects, identified as Kabiru Mohammed and Abdul-Hamid Yusuf, were reportedly arrested around 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 1, in Ganawuri town, Riyom Local Government Area.
According to security sources cited by security analyst Zagazola Makama, preliminary investigations suggest that the suspects may be linked to a criminal network operating in Riyom and neighbouring communities.

The suspects remain in custody as security operatives continue investigations to determine their alleged roles and identify other members of the suspected network.
Authorities have stressed that the suspects remain innocent until proven guilty through due legal process.
