Nigerian rapper Blaqbonez has shared his thoughts on relationships, explaining why he believes non-celebrities have a better chance of finding genuine love compared to public figures.
Speaking during an appearance on the Ada’s Room podcast, the music star said that the lifestyle of everyday people makes it easier for them to build stable and lasting romantic relationships.
According to him, non-celebrities often follow a consistent daily routine going to work, returning home, and repeating the cycle which creates fewer distractions and allows relationships to develop more naturally.

He contrasted this with the lifestyle of celebrities, noting that fame brings constant movement, public attention, and frequent new interactions. In his view, these factors make it difficult to maintain stability in relationships.
Blaqbonez also said that people in the entertainment industry rarely meet others in a completely organic way. He explained that many interactions are influenced by fame, which can make it harder to know people’s true intentions.
The rapper further stated that while he values love and relationships, he does not believe in “fairytale” romance. He added that his career as an artist limits his ability to offer the kind of simple, consistent love often associated with idealized relationships.
He concluded that if he lived a more ordinary lifestyle, it would likely be easier to focus on one partner and build a deeper, more stable connection.
