
A tragic road accident in Fort Bend County, Texas, has claimed the lives of a Nigerian mother, Nihinlolawa Agboro, 44, and her two children, Temiloluwa (18) and Isaac (22).
The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office reported that the crash occurred on U.S. Highway 90A on Sunday, March 15, shortly before 9:30 a.m.
A truck carrying cargo reportedly lost control, crossed the median, and collided head-on with an SUV carrying five people. Both vehicles caught fire following the impact.

Agboro and her two children were pronounced dead at the scene, while the remaining two passengers a 4-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boywere seriously injured and rushed to a nearby hospital.
The truck driver was also hospitalized in stable condition.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash, including whether alcohol or speeding played a role.
Charges are expected in the coming days.
Mourning the loss, relative Lola Oni wrote on social media:
“My heart is broken. We lost our own in such a tragic way. May their souls rest in perfect peace.”
The incident has prompted an outpouring of grief from the Nigerian community in Texas and across social media, highlighting the devastating impact of the crash on the family and the wider community.
