
Nigerian music superstar, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has opened up on his reaction to missing out at the 2026 Grammy Awards.
In a post shared on his Instagram page, the singer admitted that losing the award affected him deeply, leaving him reluctant to attend the post-ceremony after-party.
Davido revealed that his wife, Chioma, played a pivotal role in helping him navigate the disappointment.
She encouraged him with words of reassurance, reminding him to “be humble in victory and gracious in defeat,” which gave him the courage to step out despite the setback.
