The Ex-Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, has been bestowed with the highly revered Papal Honour as Knight of the Order of St. Gregory The Great in the Civil Division.
The event, which took place on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at the Holy Ghost Cathedral Enugu, was in recognition of his immense support and salient contributions to the welfare and growth of the Church and the Catholic course in the state and beyond.
The Papal blessing was bestowed on Ugwuanyi by Pope Francis through the Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Enugu, His Lordship, Most Rev. Callistus Valentine Onaga
