
President Bola Tinubu has reaffirmed his administration’s unwavering commitment and determination to stamp out terrorism and banditry across Northern Nigeria.
The President affirmed that no part of the nation will be left to suffer while the Federal Government stands by. He delivered this message on Saturday during the 25th anniversary celebration of the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) in Kaduna.
Tinubu acknowledged that his administration met a challenging security landscape on assumption of office, but emphasized that he remains firmly committed to restoring peace and stability across the nation.
President Bola Tinubu reaffirmed his administration’s resolve to revive the North’s economy and restore lasting peace to the region. He noted that the prolonged economic decline would be reversed through strategic initiatives, including the expected production of crude oil from the Kolmani fields and other emerging opportunities for growth.
Tinubu stressed that the region’s security challenges would no longer be allowed to linger unchecked.
“I will not allow Northern Nigeria to continue to bleed. My administration will confront and contain the insecurity menace,” he declared.
