
Nollywood actress and producer Regina Daniels successfully hosted a vibrant Children’s Day carnival in Asaba, Delta State, attracting a large crowd and notable entertainment figures.
The annual event, tagged the Regina Daniels Children’s Day Carnival, held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, coinciding with International Children’s Day, and transformed parts of Asaba into a festive hub filled with music, excitement, and community celebration.
Preparations for the carnival had been widely shared by the actress in the days leading up to the event.
In behind-the-scenes footage posted on social media, she was seen at home surrounded by family members, including her mother and brother Sammy, while guests and supporters celebrated her efforts with songs of praise.
The preparations also featured extensive food arrangements, including the butchering and cooking of a cow to cater for attendees.

On the day of the event, the atmosphere in Asaba was electric as residents turned out in large numbers to participate in the celebration.
The carnival recorded attendance from several entertainment personalities, including Mercy Johnson, who attended alongside her children, as well as popular TikTok personality Jarvis.
The wife of late actor Junior Pope was also among the guests present.
The event further reinforced Daniels’ growing reputation for community engagement and youth-focused initiatives, following previous instances where she has drawn public attention during interactions with fans in Abuja.
