A Nigerian national, Rapheal Oludemilade Adebowale, has been arrested by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) during an enforcement operation targeting undocumented migrants.
The US Department of Homeland Security disclosed the arrest in a post on its official X account on Tuesday, identifying Adebowale as one of three foreign nationals arrested during the operation.
According to the department, Adebowale was arrested in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, and had previously been convicted of larceny and money laundering.

The authorities did not provide further details about his immigration status, the circumstances surrounding his arrest, or the sentences imposed in connection with the convictions.
Two other foreign nationals, identified as Pakistani national Jawwad Ali Ahmed and Brazilian national Alexandre Esdras Pandolfi-Soares, were also arrested during the operation.
The US Department of Homeland Security said the arrests were part of ongoing enforcement actions against foreign nationals it described as having criminal records or violating US immigration laws.
