The Secretary to the Bauchi State Government (SSG), Barr. Ibrahim Muhammad Kashim, has resigned from his position.
Governor Bala Mohammed has accepted Kashim’s resignation.
The announcement was made in a press statement issued on Friday by the Governor’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mukhtar Gidado.
Following Kashim’s resignation, Governor Mohammed appointed Dr. Aminu Hassan Gamawa, the Chief of Staff, Government House, Bauchi, to serve as Acting SSG.
Governor Mohammed expressed gratitude to Kashim for his service, praising his contributions to the state’s progress and wishing him success in future endeavors.
However, the reasons behind Kashim’s resignation remain unclear at this time.
