Senator Samuel Anyanwu, the expelled National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has identified those he holds responsible for the party’s turmoil.
Speaking in an interview on Politics today, a programme on Channels Television on Monday, Anyanwu blamed the PDP Governors’ Forum for the deepening crisis within the party.
He blamed the PDP Governors’ Forum for the party’s instability, insisting that he would not be held accountable for its troubles.
“The truth of the matter is that I will hold the Governors’ Forum responsible for whatever is happening to the party today,” he stated.
The former Imo State governorship candidate pointed out that some founding members had left because of the party’s poor state.
TThe expelled National Secretary also said the governors had earlier suggested changing the constitution to officially recognise the Governors’ Forum as part of the party.
