Davido has reacted to the news of his uncle, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, resigning from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The singer simply reposted the announcement on X with the caption “Jeje…”, a comment many social media users interpret as a subtle call for calm.
Adeleke’s resignation became public on Monday night, though his letter—addressed to the chairman of Ward 2 in Ede North—was dated November 4, 2025.
He cited unresolved issues within the PDP’s national leadership as the reason for his departure.
The governor’s exit has thrown the opposition party into uncertainty ahead of the 2026 Osun governorship primary.
