Michael Collins Ajereh, Nigerian music producer and Mavin Records founder, better known as Don Jazzy, has explained why reconciling with his former wife, Michelle Jackson, is no longer possible.
Don Jazzy, who first revealed details of his past marriage in April 2021, has said that his ambition and dedication to music created challenges that led to their divorce just two years after they married.
During a recent interactive session with fans on X, one user urged him to reunite with Michelle since he is still single. The 42-year-old responded, clarifying that reconciliation is off the table because Michelle has remarried.
“Make una reconcile again naa,” the fan wrote.
“She don remarry,” Don Jazzy replied.
The music executive has also said he isn’t looking to remarry anytime soon, believing that his music career might again create conflicts in a relationship.
Despite not being married, Don Jazzy remains fulfilled with his career and the impact he has made in discovering and mentoring some of Afrobeats’ biggest stars, including Wande Coal, Tiwa Savage, Reekado Banks, Rema, and Ayra Starr.
